Magic is a charming and well-laid-out narrowboat that offers comfortable living accommodation with practical features throughout, making it an ideal choice for leisurely cruising or extended stays on the water. Magic had an engine service, new blacking and 6 new anodes in May 2026.

Entering from the stern, you step down into the bedroom, which provides a cosy and inviting space to relax. The room features a double bed along with some cupboard space.

Moving forward through the boat, there is a walk-through bathroom with a door for added privacy. The bathroom is fitted with all essential facilities, including a compost toilet, a spacious shower with a rainfall showerhead, a towel rail, hooks for clothing, and a hand basin. This well-designed layout offers both convenience and functionality within a compact space.

The galley is well equipped and designed to make the most of the available space. It offers generous worktop space, ample cupboards, and additional shelving for storage. Cooking facilities include a four-burner hob and oven. There is also an under counter fridge.

Continuing into the saloon, you are welcomed into a warm and comfortable living area which has a log burner in the corner and a fold out comfy seat.

Magic also has a Boat Safety Certificate until June 2028.
