The Donzi 38 ZFX is a high-performance center-console yacht built on the proprietary Z-Tech ventilated stepped hull. This design balances offshore fishability with racing-boat velocities, propelled by triple Mercury Verado 300hp supercharged engines.
She has beautiful lines, with a unique profile that looks fast even standing still. The versatility is remarkable. You can have a relaxing day of reeling in fish, or cruising the coastline, or both, and then turn her into a rocket ship just by pressing the throttles forward a bit more, and experience the thrill of offshore racing. You can get to Avalon in 45 minutes, if desired. At regular cruising speeds, the fuel burn is reasonably efficient with the inline 6 supercharged Mercs.
