About this vessel
The 2011 Pershing 58 is an 18-meter Luxury Flybridge Yacht built in Italy. She is powered by 2 x MAN V12 1,360hp engines and has a cruising speed of about 35 knots and max speed of 48 knots when at her lightest. Her design is cool and timeless while also having space to accommodate 6 guests with her 3 cabins. She has been kept in good condition by NextWave Yacht Management here In Hong Kong.
The Foredeck features a simple sunbed for 2 people, finished with soft white leather and is in good condition. Having cup holders by your side while sunbathing would have been a nice touch but unfortunately, there are none. The Stern features a large but fixed swim platform, instead you get a large garage with space for a small dinghy and equipment. On top of the garage is a very large sunbathing area, it could fit 3 people easily. Overall the exterior is kept well and looks nice.
Moving into the cockpit, you will first notice the 2 large L-shape sitting sofas which has enough seating for 8-9 people in total. You also get a folding table for dining or for drinks. The cockpit is serviced by a small galley equipped with a grill, sink and fold-out table for placing snacks and drinks. The Pershing 58 also has a powered retractable roof that extends to about midway of the cockpit, so you could also enjoy the sun while lounging around. Below deck is another L-shape sofa for about 4 people with a folding table. You get plenty of storage cabinets around as well a nice corner to store your tableware. For accommodation, you have 3 cabins. VIP at the bow, amidship twin guest cabin, and the master further aft. All cabins are comfortable to be in and have their own head for privacy.
Speed Speed Speed! On my sea trail date, it could go up to 45 knots. Good for customers who are looking for speed and a visually pleasing boat. The boat is under our yacht management and has been maintained well. Both engines run smoothly however the stern thruster does not work, but it is not a big amount to fix it. The Pershing uses a color gel coat, so the color has faded away, but for a boat of 8 years it makes sense.
