This vessel is exceptionally well-equipped, meticulously maintained, and features rare upgrades like a Leisure Furl boom and an electric halyard winch for effortless mainsail management.
Always stored in a heated indoor facility during the off-season, the boat has enjoyed 100% freshwater use since 2019. A full exterior ceramic coating was applied in 2024 over a striking Flag Blue hull. A brand new Yanmar Saildrive was installed in 2023.
Rigging, Sails & Effortless Sail Handling
Designed for true single-handed operation, all control lines lead directly aft to a large, comfortable cockpit. The mainsail system features a Leisure Furl boom with a North Sails Dacron mainsail, with an original boom and Hall Quick Vang available and included. The jib system includes a Hoyt Jib Boom with Harken roller furling for a 95% self-tacking North Sails Dacron jib. Two Lewmar self-tailing cabin top winches are installed, including a new electric halyard winch from 2022. The mainsheet is controlled via a Harken system led to a 4:1 traveler on the aft deck, with a cam base mounted on a cockpit barney post. An adjustable 8:1 backstay runs below deck with controls leading to the cockpit.
Mechanical & Electrical Systems
The engine is an upgraded 2023 Yanmar 14 HP 2-cylinder Diesel Saildrive for turnkey reliability. Electronics include an upgraded Garmin electronics suite and integrated Fusion stereo system from 2019. The 12VDC battery system is built to A.B.Y.C. standards featuring two 12-volt starting batteries, a Guest battery switch, and a solar battery charger. Mast and chainplates are fully grounded to the keel per A.B.Y.C. safety standards.
Hull & Deck Construction
Built with precision using high-end composites for a stiff, fast, and safe ride. The hull and deck use SCRIMP resin-infused GRP sandwich construction with an end-grain balsa core and vinyl ester resin gelcoat. The boat features a gorgeous Flag Blue hull, white deck with molded smoke-white non-skid, and a full-length, highly varnished teak toe rail. The fin keel has an integral antimony-alloyed lead bulb for a low center of gravity, and the balanced GRP spade rudder has a low-drag profile. Steering is managed with a laminated teak tiller with extension.
Comfort, Interior & Day-Cruising Amenities
Below deck, the warm, varnished teak-trimmed interior offers cozy accommodations for weekend overnights. The accommodation features 3" urethane foam cushions, a teak and holly cabin sole, and custom teak companionway screens. A 38-quart icebox is integrated into the companionway step with a custom teak and holly lid. A marine head provides privacy. Hardware and ventilation include a Lewmar deck hatch (19"x19") with smoke tint, four fixed elliptical Bomar portlights, and a teak/Lexan companionway slider. Convenience features include a custom swim ladder and an easy self-draining cockpit.
