About this vessel
Originally delivered in 2012 and based on the 164' ISA 500 Superyacht dynamic design, this motor yacht is built on a displacement steel hull with aluminium superstructure. The naval architecture was developed in-house by ISA and Andrea Vallicelli, combining the elegant profile and trademark double staircase running from the lower deck to the sundeck of the modern and sporty ISA lines.
Built to RINA and MCA LY2 compliance with many custom elements specified by the initial Owner, the yacht features an exquisite interior design by Francesco Paszkowski, offering large spaces and a 6-cabin layout, as well as extensive deck areas for relaxing and entertaining.
Her efficient twin 1650 Hp CAT power delivers performance and reliability, with a range of 4500 nautical miles at an economical speed of 11 knots, comfortable cruising at 12.5 knots, and a maximum speed of 17 knots.
The whole stern area is embellished with a versatile beach area accessible from the stern platform through two large semicircular cut glass doors. Guests can climb the stairs to the spectacular sundeck, which includes two sunbathing areas with sun beds and sun pads, and a vast alfresco open area that now includes a gym.
The upper deck aft includes another lounging area used as the Master suite's private terrace. It also houses the modern bridge with large reverse-leaning glass offering perfect visualization for the Captain and his team across five large monitors displaying navigational information.
More open air zones are found in the bow portion on the first upper deck, where forward of the bridge a welcoming small lounge is equipped with a built-in divan and up/low table. The principal outdoors dining table for 10 is situated aft on the main deck as soon as you enter the vessel.
The Francesco Paszkowski interior evokes a warm, yet modern and serene feeling, providing an intimate, welcoming atmosphere to be shared with friends and family. Architect Margherita Casprini chose materials and décor, including select pieces of designer furniture, as well as refined and sophisticated lighting emphasizing the contrast of colour and texture. Precedence was given to functional aspects in relation to media entertainment, incorporating video screens and audio systems into the furniture.
Two woods and two varieties of marble finish the yacht throughout, alternately matched and contrasting, forming the basic theme of the floor and wall cladding, fixed furniture and bathrooms: grooved Oak and flamed Brazilian Rosewood with Travertine Marble and Jerusalem Stone.
The yacht comprises 6 en-suite staterooms for 12 guests. The bridge deck Master suite includes a sumptuous bathroom with hammam, while the VIP stateroom on main deck includes a private lounge, an office, a dressing room, and a generous his and hers bathroom with shower and bathtub. The other 4 staterooms are located on the lower deck and include 2 double and 2 twin cabins. A rosewood staircase joins the decks, with a separate privacy staircase for the crew.
Crew accommodations for 9/10 crew are in 4 twin bunk crew cabins and one Captain's cabin, all located on the lower deck forward.
This ISA 500 is up-to-date in Class and Flag Surveys with all certificates available onboard and has received continuous maintenance from authorized services on principal and auxiliary machinery and systems.
