Overview
About this vessel
This 2012 Lagoon 450 is priced well below market—supported by a recent $380K survey (Sept. 2025). The vessel does require typical ongoing maintenance, but is not a project boat. Systems are functional, and she is fully capable of cruising as-is while a new owner continues routine work.
Originally part of a reputable charter fleet, she later moved into private ownership. She completed a successful Atlantic crossing in July 2024, confirming her capability as a bluewater cruising catamaran. The popular 4-cabin / 4-head layout makes her suitable for families, private cruising, or charter operations outside the U.S.
The yacht is not for sale to US residents while in US waters.
The 4-cabin layout offers four comfortable staterooms, each with private ensuite heads. Excellent natural light, ventilation, and storage make this layout well suited for liveaboards, families, or charter use.
The salon features Lagoon’s trademark panoramic windows, creating a bright and spacious atmosphere. The galley-up configuration keeps food prep social and efficient with direct connection to the cockpit and salon.
She also features extra refrigeration in the main salon and cockpit areas.
Outdoor living is a highlight of the Lagoon 450. The flybridge helm provides excellent visibility and easy sail handling, while the aft cockpit offers shaded dining and dual transoms for water access. The forward lounge and trampolines offer an additional relaxation space ideal for long passages or anchoring out.
