The 470 Offshore features a spacious and uncompromising layout comprised of an enclosed flybridge with internal stairs, three cabins, two en suites, galley up configuration and a sizable cockpit ideal for entertaining guests, fishing and cruising.

The large saloon windows, sunroof and panoramic hull windows allow plenty of natural light and air to filter throughout, showing off just how modern this Maritimo still feels. A well-equipped galley provides ample amenities for hosting guests onboard, featuring a 4 hob stove, large fridge/freezer, convection microwave, dishwasher, contemporary Solidsurface bench tops and plenty of dry storage. Air-conditioning is fitted to all cabins, saloon and flybridge, ensuring comfort whilst cruising.

The master cabin is situated to port with a spacious en suite and panoramic hull window. The forward VIP cabin includes a double bed and shared en suite access. The third cabin features a single bunk and an ocean view through the starboard hull window.

Internal stairs ensure safe and convenient ascension to the enclosed flybridge whilst at sea. The bridge is air-conditioned, features a large electric sunroof, bar fridge and a comfortable aft helm position. The bridge lounge and dinette provide another great space to relax and converts to a double bed, increasing accommodation capacity for up to 7 guests onboard.

A great fishing setup includes a large moulded baitwell in the transom, moulded swim platform with stainless rail, bait boards, rocket launchers and an umbrella stand. Teak decking is in excellent condition.

Unwavering mechanical maintenance has been conducted on this vessel from new, with regular servicing by Cummins-trained technicians. The hull was sodablasted in 2023 and a full cooling system overhaul was completed in October 2021 with a professional cooling system flush in 2025.
