2012 Rivolta Coupe 4.5 for sale in North Saanich, BC
Overview
About this vessel
There are fast Downeast boats, and there are boats built for our water. Corsa Verde is one of the few that's both. Designed by Renzo Rivolta, this two-cabin, two-head 4.5 Coupe pairs Italian-influenced styling with a jet-drive platform that draws just two feet a combination almost no comparable Downeast yacht offers, and one that opens up the shallow coves, drying anchorages, and rock-strewn gunkholes of the Gulf Islands and Desolation Sound that keep deeper-draft boats offshore.
Because she runs Ultra Jet drives rather than shafts and props, there's no exposed running gear beneath the hull a real advantage in the kelp, crab-pot lines, and thin water of the Salish Sea. When it's time to cross open ground, her Kevlar-reinforced modified deep-V hull and forward flare give her the legs for a dry, settled ride.
Finished in British Racing Green (Awlcraft 2000, 2018) over a teak-lined cockpit, she stands apart at the dock without trying to. Lightly used, captain-maintained, and continuously upgraded, she presents as a far more expensive boat than her asking price suggests.
Accommodations
Two private cabins and two heads offer a layout built for cruising couples, weekending with friends, or hosting a crowd for a day on the water. The master features a queen berth, vanity, and ensuite head with shower behind a solid pocket door for privacy. The guest cabin has a double berth, hanging locker, and safe, with an ensuite head and shower that doubles as the day head. Hand-laid teak-and-holly sole, cedar-lined lockers and drawers, and large under-berth storage provide ample stowage. Three-zone heat and AC, six ports, and two deck hatches ensure natural light and airflow throughout.
Salon & Galley
The bright, open salon is finished to a high standard with 360° glazing and overhead hatches. A forward-facing companion seat sits alongside the helm, while a full-length galley aft features a brightwork dining table with custom inlay. Counter-weighted full-width glass sliding doors, full-length Corian counters, and a stainless sink complete the galley, which also houses a Vitrifrigo stainless drawer fridge and freezer, built-in microwave, and two-burner Kenyon cooktop. A custom Ultraleather dash includes a chart box and cup holders. Hunter Douglas low-profile blackout shades, green-piped upholstery, recessed blue accent lighting, opening side windows, and an electric center dash window for through-ventilation round out the design.
Deck & Cockpit
The sunken teak-lined cockpit is furnished with cream cushions with green piping and features port and starboard lockers. A custom stainless swim platform with integrated ladder was added in 2019, complemented by a bimini on a custom stainless frame with shock absorbers from 2018. Full-length bow rail and stainless grab rails provide safe foredeck access. Six pop-up cleats, a large anchor locker, and a stainless Bruce-style anchor on a Lofrans windlass complete the deck. Cockpit and swim-platform teak was sanded and sealed in 2019.
Hull & Running Gear
The Kevlar-reinforced modified deep-V hull with generous forward flare delivers a dry, settled ride. Ultra Jet drives provide approximately two-foot draft with no exposed shafts or props. Joystick control, bow thruster, and trim tabs enhance handling and maneuverability. The hull is finished in British Racing Green Awlcraft 2000 (2018) and carries fresh anti-fouling as of September 2025.
Electrical & Electronics
Blue Sea Systems 12V and 120V panels with dual 30A shore power inlets manage the electrical system. An Xantrex 3 kW inverter and charger with TBS battery monitor provide power management. Start batteries comprise two Odyssey Lead Carbon units; house batteries are six Rolls 6V models; and thruster batteries are two Optima YellowTop units. Electronics include a Garmin GPSMAP 7612xsv chartplotter with radar and depth (2019), Cummins VesselView SmartCraft display, ComNav autopilot, and an Icom IC-M504 VHF. Bennett trim-tab indicators, Exalto wiper controls, an electronic searchlight (2018), and analog compass round out the navigational suite. A Fusion Bluetooth audio system (2022) with separate interior and exterior zones includes Bose and JL Audio speakers throughout. A drop-down flat-screen TV on a salon lift provides entertainment.
Mechanical & Systems
Twin Cummins QSB5.9 480 hp turbo diesels with 940 hours power the vessel. A MASE IS 7.1 kW genset with 334 hours provides auxiliary power. An Arid Bilge vacuum system with three pickups manages bilge water. A self-priming AC pump with hoses and multiport strainer, freshwater pump and expansion tank (2019), and shower sump pump (2019) support onboard systems. AC ducting and bilge lines were repositioned in 2019 for better drainage and efficiency.
