Regal 28 Express

Built by Regal Boats in 2015 with a GRP hull, deck and superstructure. The boat features an electric tilting power tower, bow thruster, and trim tabs. The bathing platform includes a retractable swim ladder and retractable cleats. Flexiteak flooring runs throughout the cockpit.

The engine has had a full service in July 2025 and inspection in February 2026, with only 304 hours from new. Power comes from a MerCruiser 350MAG inboard petrol engine with electric engine hatch lift. The electrical system comprises two 12v batteries charged by engine alternator and 240v shore power.

The accommodation sleeps four in one cabin, with a forward V-shaped seating area with table that converts to a double berth, and a midship double berth with storage shelves, porthole and privacy curtain. The head compartment features an electric head, shower, sink and tap, and vanity mirror. The galley is equipped with a fridge, hob, microwave and storage, and there is a TV.

The cockpit features a multi-configuration forward-facing aft bench seat and aft-facing sunbed, an aft-facing chaise and aft-facing bench seat with gas-assisted lift and access to electrics underneath, and a forward-facing double helm seat with bolster. Lighting includes cockpit, cabin and underwater options, with a cockpit sink and tap, and plentiful cup holders.

Electronics include a Simrad GPS chartplotter, Lowrance VHF, Fusion stereo, cockpit speakers, compass, speedometer and RPM displays, and USB sockets. Deck equipment includes electric and manual bilge with bilge alarm and blower, an electric anchor windlass, shore power, transom shower with hot and cold taps, fender baskets to bow, bow roller and bow eye, black anti-foul, and a full camper cover enclosure.
