About this vessel
This 35-metre Sunseeker 115 Sport Yacht is a luxury flybridge motor yacht built in fiberglass by the renowned Sunseeker yard in the UK. It combines cutting-edge sophistication with iconic personalisation, seamlessly blending elegance, comfort, and performance across a spectacular deck and superstructure, open-plan layout, and stylish modern interior.
The yacht's design and layout are individually tailored to meet the most demanding requirements. From the sizeable forward deck with Portuguese bridge and ample sunbathing areas to the spacious interior and elegant communal areas, every element is a masterpiece of luxury yachting. The forward foredeck and expansive flybridge provide ideal spots for relaxation, dining, and admiring panoramic views.
Accommodation comprises 10 guests across 5 opulent en-suite staterooms. The full-beam Master suite is located forward on the main deck with a double island bed, walk-in wardrobe, vanity and office space, and split en-suite bathroom with His & Hers washbasins, large shower and separate toilet. The lower deck comprises 2 spacious double VIP cabins and 2 twin cabins (both convertible to doubles), each with closets and en-suite bathrooms.
The main deck features a large main saloon with formal dining area, with large glass windows bringing in plenty of natural light. Sliding doors lead to two opening side-balconies. The interior showcases black American walnut gloss finishes, premium materials, and a refined colour palette designed throughout to maximise comfort and luxury.
There are ample outdoor entertaining spaces throughout the yacht. The flybridge offers exceptional space for guests to unwind, with multiple outdoor entertaining, sunbathing, seating and lounging areas. An opening beach club on the stern features a lowering hydraulic swim platform into the water to release the tender.
Unquestionably one of the best kept yachts on the market, she has been extremely well cared-after and maintained by her dedicated owner and crew. The vessel benefitted from a 10-year class renewal and an extensive refit in 2024.
