Hatteras 45 Express

This 2015 Hatteras 45 EX features the popular two stateroom layout with Caterpillar C18s rated at 1150 hp with only 815 hours. It has been maintained with an open checkbook and is equipped with a full tower and upper controls and outriggers. The boat is in excellent condition and shows the blue hull color.

The large cockpit is fitted with a freezer, electric grill, rocket launcher, two large fish boxes and lots of storage. The helm area is fully air conditioned and has the optional 3 helm chair layout. There is a full Simrad electronic package with two 16 inch displays for bottom sounder, radar, plotter and vessel information. There is also an upgraded 6 ft open array radar antenna located on hardtop. The helm has the popular Palm beach style single lever controls with controls for the Sidepower bow thruster. There are two electric teaser reels located recessed in the hardtop. There is a separate ice maker, refrigerator and tackle drawers located along the starboard side of the helm. The engine access is located through a hatch center line in the helm deck area.

The preferred two stateroom layout features a dual entry for the head. The master stateroom is forward with a queen size bed mounted centerline and direct access to the head. The guest stateroom with private door and over/under bunks and storage cabinet is located to port. The L-shaped seating and dinette is located on the port side with overhead cabinets for storage. The galley to starboard has a very large counter area, two under counter freezers and two under counter refrigerators, sink, microwave and lots of cabinet storage below counter. The breaker panel is located in the salon at eye level for easier viewing.

The workmanship and wiring is of Hatteras quality. The boat performance is incredible for a boat of this size. 34/35 knot cruise, 40 top with a ride of a boat twice this size. Excellent access inside and engine room making routine maintenance a pleasure for any owner.

The galley is located to the starboard upon entering the main cabin and features stainless steel sink, Kenyon ceramic cook top, storage cabinets under counter and overhead, KitchenAid microwave, tile back splash and quartz counter tops.

The master stateroom is located forward of the main cabin with TV, queen size berth centerline with innerspring mattress, hanging locker, air conditioning controls, stereo, overhead hatch with shade, private entrance to head, cedar lined storage beneath the bed, overhead storage compartments and privacy door.

The guest stateroom is located on the port side of main cabin and features over/under bunks, storage cabinet/locker, air conditioning, privacy door and LED lighting.

The head is located on starboard side aft of master stateroom with quartz counter top and back splash, mirrored door, two entry doors, large separate shower stall, engineered wood flooring, sink, fresh water toilet, holding tank monitor and storage cabinet with mirror above sink.
