About this vessel
Beneteau pushed into new territory by trusting Pierangelo Andreani, an Italian designer famed for work with Beneteau's Monte Carlo Power Yachts, Beneteau Gran Turismo, Ferrari, Maserati and others for the overall look and feel.
The hull shape and naval architecture is done by the highly successful and proven Berret-Racoupeau yacht design house, who have helped Beneteau with many award winning and successful designs of the last 30 years.
The collaboration of these Italian and French designers along with the Beneteau in house team brings you a very special yacht.
LONG TIME DEAD features a performance chined hull with twin rudders for low angle of heel, increased stability and excellent grip in gusty conditions. Plenty of hull and deck windows and hatches add abundance of light and ventilation to the saloon and cabins, with the windows hidden in one large black stripe in the side for an individual, modern look.
A dinghy garage fit for a 75ft yacht with large 45 degree sloping, easy to use stairs accommodates the tender without need for deflation or turning sideways to store. When down the platform becomes a huge teak terrace.
The cockpit features two-sided seating with a clear walkway through the centre. High quality stainless steel and teak electric lifting or lowering tables are positioned to port and starboard. Sunbathing mattresses are situated on either side of the companionway and on the fore deck. A hard top GRP bimini with dimmable LED lighting and rigid windscreen connection to dodger are fitted, with connections to bimini, sprayhood and sides all fitted in 2024 with the best materials.
Below decks, a gradual staircase leads from the cockpit to saloon with foam non slip. Upgraded brushed oak timber throughout provides the interior finish. The linear galley to starboard has an abundance of storage and light, with wine cellar, fridge and freezers drawers, ice maker and cockpit fridge. The owners cabin benefits from an offset door for increased privacy—you cannot see into the cabin from the saloon with the door open. A dedicated chart table with a swivelling leather chair is provided.
