About this vessel
SMILE VIP is a turnkey commercial dive charter platform offering an opportunity to acquire a fully operational, professionally equipped vessel ready to begin generating revenue immediately. Rather than investing 12-18 months commissioning a new commercial vessel, this fully operational platform is ready for deployment.
Built as a Vietnam Register-classed high-speed passenger vessel, she has been purpose-configured for commercial diving operations and combines professional reliability with low operating costs and excellent passenger capacity. Originally built as a 19-passenger high-speed commercial vessel, SMILE VIP offers the robust construction, deck space and operating practicality required for daily charter use. She is ideally suited for daily scuba diving charters, resort guest transfers, snorkelling excursions, island-hopping tours, marine eco-tourism, fishing charters, liveaboard support operations, and offshore workboat duties.
SMILE VIP is powered by twin Yanmar 6CXBM-GT diesel engines producing approximately 508HP each, delivering economical cruising speeds of 12-15 knots and a maximum speed of around 20 knots. The vessel also benefits from an onboard generator supplying power to all electrical systems while underway.
The helm is equipped with respected commercial-grade electronics including FURUNO GPS Plotter, FURUNO Fish Finder, FURUNO Radar, NAVnet vx2 Integrated Navigation, and MAROL Autopilot.
SMILE VIP is offered with an extensive commercial diving configuration including a BAUER Mariner 200 onboard compressor, storage for up to 20 dive cylinders, 18 aluminium tanks included, spacious aft working deck, stern-mounted tender, and eight electric reel power outlets. The layout has been designed to maximise efficiency during busy charter operations, allowing rapid diver turnaround and comfortable passenger movement throughout the vessel.
The vessel is certified under Vietnam Register High-Speed Craft regulations and is equipped with comprehensive commercial safety equipment including lifejackets, life rafts, fire suppression systems and pollution control equipment. Current technical certification is valid through February 2026, providing confidence for continued commercial operation and export.
Currently located at ANA Marina in Nha Trang, Vietnam, the vessel is available for inspection by appointment and can be exported and re-registered for operation throughout Southeast Asia.
