Constructed entirely in aluminium at the renowned Palumbo Superyachts shipyard in Savona, L.A.U.L achieves the perfect balance of power and efficiency. Twin 1800 Hp CAT32 engines propel her to a top speed of 17 knots, with a comfortable cruising speed of 15 knots and an impressive range of 5200nm at 9 knots — ideal for exploring the Mediterranean or crossing to more distant shores.

Shunting winches: Maxwell winches, electrically driven, made of polished stainless steel on the aft anchor deck. For normal operation, a plug-in remote control and fixed foot controls are provided. Winches should be arranged for double rotation
Anchor Arrangement: 2 x Galvanised high-strength bow anchors of approx. 150 kg type ‘POOL’. The connection between the anchors and the chains is ensured by a suitable type of pivot. Chains are self-floating and stored in a self-draining compartment. The chains are equipped with “Kenter” junction shackles. The chains are secured in the chain box by quick-release fasteners at the upstream end. The chains are painted in colour and marked in 27.5 m intervals. The markings on the anchor chain are in different colors to indicate lengths. Access to the chain box is via the front pick. A chain washing system connected to the fire system must be provided or an alternative proposal must be submitted
Anchor winches: 2 x Maxwell drum, electric winches with vertical axis installed on the manoeuvring area. Each winch is controlled from a local control and from the dashboard in the wheelhouse. Each winch is equipped with a gypsy and a manoeuvring head, installed on the foredeck, with gypsies appropriate to the size of the chain and sufficient power. The winches are arranged for double rotation. Gypsies are equipped with a chain counter. Shunting drums, brake handles, etc. are made of polished stainless steel and the heads in the operating area are ribbed and/or ridged. For normal operation, a plug-in remote control and fixed controls on the bulwark are provided
Front Peak: Accessed through a watertight door on the foredeck. It is equipped with shelves for storing various materials
Exterior railings: All exterior railings are made of polished stainless steel
Fenders: 10 x Inflatable Cylindrical Fenders and 4 Inflatable Spherical Fenders, with appropriate features, the fenders are stored in the front peak
Mooring lines: Adequate mooring lines provided according to the requirements of the classification society
Main Mast: Installed on the upper deck, freestanding and aluminum for radar, antennas, navigation lights, satcom antenna, etc.
Aft gangway: 1 x SANGUINETI CHIAVARI electro-hydraulic retractable telescopic gangway. The stainless steel walkway has a total length of 4.5m, a minimum passage width of 500mm, with removable stainless steel posts and rails. The walking surface is made of teak. Lighting is provided at the level of the gate and with automatic posts. The unit is capable of rising when extended (+/- 15° up/down angle). Load capacity at the east end of 150 kg in deployed condition. Control is local, from the main aft deck, and remotely. A 24V backup power supply is also provided
Bathing ladder: 1 x Hydraulic swim ladder with handrail is provided on the aft platform to reach sea level. The length will be enough to allow 5 steps in the water. The ladder is made of steel with teak-covered steps
Side gangway: 1 x Manual side gangway supplied, made of aluminium with self-levelling steps covered with natural teak. The side doors on the bulwark are equipped with sockets to safely install the manual side gangway
Jacuzzi on the foredeck: DELOS with hot water pump and 2 sun loungers
Deck shower: Shower with hot/cold water mixer tap
