About this vessel
The vessel features a GRP hull construction with a textured fiberglass Balsa core deck. It has balanced spade rudders with rudder stock in F16ph stainless steel and a multi-hull keel type. Built in Cape Town, South Africa, it is powered by 2 X Yanmar 3YM30AE engines with 29 HP each and Sail Drive SD20 transmission.
The sail plan includes a natural anodized mast with mast slider system, a 5-battened mainsail with two rows of reefs, and a 120% roller furling Genoa with protective UV strip. The mast height is 19.45m / 63ft 10in.
Accommodations include an owner cabin with a double berth (58in / 1.48m x 80in / 2.02m), forward double berths (57in / 1.45m x 82in / 2.10m), aft double berths (58in / 1.48m x 80in / 2.02m), and a berth in the port bow to accommodate children complete with foam mattress and access from the forward cabin.
Inside equipment features fans available in each cabin and saloon, 4x USB ports in the saloon (2 x chart table – 2 x at switch panel), a saloon table convertible to double bunk with mattress, a 3-burner gas hob & oven cooker, a single bowl stainless steel sink, a laminate finish interior with solid wood trims, and upholstery in standard faux leather "milk" color scheme.
Electrical equipment includes a Raymarine instrument package with Ray55 VHF at switch panel and additional VHF handset at helm, p70 color autopilot display, a95 9" multifunction display with WiFi, i70 color instrument at helm station, retractable depth & speed, plus wind transducers. The marine sound system is a Fusion 700i Series Marine Stereo in saloon with docking station, including Bluetooth, USB, & AUX connectivity, Fusion marine speakers (2 x in saloon & 2 x in aft cockpit), and wired remote control at helm station (1). Other electrical equipment includes 220v hard wired shore power pack, Northern Lights 6 kw Genset, Cruisair Air Conditioning & dometic heating (2) total 32,000 BTU, 3X AGM 210Ah house batteries, and 2 x AGM 100Ah engine batteries.
Deck equipment includes a destroyer type steering wheel, Lewmar chain-and-wire steering system complete with bulkhead steering unit and brake, self-tailing winches (1 x Lewmar 45 electric winch at helm station with foot activator switch, 1 x Lewmar 45), removable helm seat spray dodger, coach roof side window removable shade covers, integrated cockpit hardtop bimini top with large hard top hatch, two Sunware solar panels located on coach roof (to be replaced at phase-out), 1000w vertical windlass 10mm gypsy with hand-held remote, primary anchor Delta 25kg with 50 meter 10mm chain, secondary anchor Britany 18kg with 06 meter 10mm chain + 30m rope, safety equipment including set of flares (2 smoke/3 hand held/2 parachutes), 2 thermal blankets expiring March 2026, 6x1kg fire extinguishers, life jackets for 6 persons, 6 fenders, 4 mooring lines, 2 spring lines, anchor bridle, shackles and hook, anchor bow roller fitting and chain stopper. Dinghy and outboard engine not included. BBQ not included.
Covers include a hard top bimini, lazy bag, and lazyjacks.
Electrical equipment includes a Northern Lights 6kW generator with 4088 hours as of August 25, and a 220v hard wired shore power pack with 1 heavy duty 50ft 30amp shore power line.
Electronics include a p70 colour autopilot display, cockpit speakers (2 x in saloon & 2 x in aft cockpit, 2 x on forward deck and wired remote control at helm station), Plastimo Contest 130 compass at helm, Raymarine I60 depthsounder, AXIOM-9 Raymarine GPS, Raymarine I60 Tridata log speedometer, AXIOM-9 Raymarine touch screen plotter, Fusion radio, Raymarine VHF, and Raymarine wind speed and direction instruments.
Inside equipment features Cruisair air conditioning (2 units total 32,000 BTU), 60amp battery charger, 2 electric bilge pumps in both hulls on float switch and 2 manual dual action pumps in the saloon, electric heads with Macertor and Jabsco salt water pumps in each heads, Dometic Cruisair heating, 2 hot water tanks with total capacity 12 US gallons / 46 liters, 2 Plastimo manual bilge pumps located in saloon, 1 stainless steel gimballed stove with 3 burners, oven and grill ENO, and 1 Vitifrigo 2 drawer fridge/freezer 212L / 12V.
Outside equipment includes a stern hot/cold cockpit shower, cockpit table, custom stainless steel davit system with tackle and electric winch, Viking 10 person liferaft, 2 solar panels of 70w each fitted to hard top, and a folding swimming ladder with teak steps.
Rigging includes 1 electric sheet winch and a steering wheel.
Sails include a fully battened mainsail replaced in September 2024 and an original furling Genoa.
