2022 Timber Motor Sailer 'Awaba' - Instructions to Sell

Awaba was designed and built by the exceptionally talented Master Shipwright, Phillip Heaney.

Awaba was built up in Lake Macquarie, hence her Aboriginal name coming from the Awabakal nation, meaning lake and launched in 2022, using double planked Oregon and epoxy glued and trenneled. The keel, stem and sternpost are all made from sustainably sourced Blackbutt.

Accommodation consists of two single beds forward with inner spring mattresses, an ensuite and hanging locker. In the main saloon you will find a functional galley on both sides. A large twin drawer fridge/freezer and work bench is on the port side and a sink, and starboard side is a sink and twin gas cooktop and oven.

Forward of the galley is a super comfortable dinette on the port side with a beautifully crafted Huon Pine and Rosewood trimmed dining table. The helm station is to starboard with a captain's door giving direct access to the deck.

Awaba really is an incredibly special vessel, she is in exceptional condition and will certainly impress any potential new owners.
