About this vessel
Launched in 2023, 'Manaia' is a Lagoon Seventy 7 exclusively For Sale with the team at YOTI. Configured as a four-cabin owner's layout, she features the sought-after forward galley, maximising interior living space and providing seamless flow throughout her light-filled saloon. The highlight of her accommodation is the remarkable master suite, complete with Lagoon's signature opening side door that transforms into a private swim platform -- a unique connection to the sea that sets this vessel apart. She offers expansive deck spaces that invite relaxation, connection, and adventure. Her aft cockpit is a vast, shaded lounge and dining area flowing seamlessly into the interior. In contrast, the forward cockpit and sunken lounging zone provide a private retreat for lounging and soaking in ocean views. A custom foredeck shade tent expands the outdoor living areas beyond her aft living areas.
Up top, the flybridge is a social hub - complete with daybeds, generous seating and the perfect space for entertaining under sail or at anchor. A full wet bar, complete with 3 x fridges and an icemaker, transforms this space into a genuine living area. A hydraulic Tenderlift allows safe, fast and easy management of her 2023 110hp Williams Diesel jet tender, as well as an uber cool "beach-like" relaxation platform, making water access effortless for swimming, paddleboarding, or simply unwinding at the stern.
'Manaia' was specified with twin Nanni 230hp diesels driving Brunton 4-blade folding propellers. Her 180,000 BTUs of Dometic Cruise-Air is run from shore or one of her 2 x Cummins Generators. Her Raymarine navigation and sailing instrumentation is current and complete. It includes 6 x Raymarine Axiom Displays, 3D downvision Sonar, Raymarine Evolution Autopilot with ACU 400 Actuator and a backup independent second autopilot system with control at her saloon helm. Also specified was a Raymarine Quantum Doppler radar (24nm), SEA AI Collision avoidance system, 2 x aft facing cameras and Raymarine 3D Sonar System.
Her sail wardrobe is as complete as the rest of 'Manaia's' specification. Her main, G1 and G3 are all Incidence ZZ Ultra cloth. She has a 2.25 oz A2 built by Far East Sails in 2024 and a brand new C0 by Precision Sails. Facnor Hydraulic Furlers manage her Genoa, Jib and Code Zero independently. 'Manaia' has been professionally managed by a very experienced crew since handover in France in 2023 and was delivered by the Australian Lagoon agent, TMG Yachts. She is an incredibly well-specified and exceptionally well-cared-for 2023 Lagoon Seventy7 now for sale by her original owners and YOTI.
