This is a lightly used pilothouse that has been lift kept by it's original owner. It is a single cabin with an enclosed wet head. The dinette converts to a double berth. The cabin is open and spacious with a retractable canvas roof to let in light and the outdoors.

The owners added a 12k BTU Webasto air conditioning unit that runs on 110v shore power or it can be powered by a lithium battery bank through an inverter. This allows operation while away from shore power and eliminates the need for a generator.
