Overview
About this vessel
The 2025 Clipper Cordova 70 combines classic design with modern technology and proven performance. This semi-displacement cruiser is built for those who value long-range capability, comfort, and reliability on the water.
Fully specified, with power from twin Volvo D13-800hp engines, Nautilus cruises comfortably at 12 knots and reaches a top speed of 19 knots. Joystick docking, Dynamic Positioning System (DPS), and hydraulic bow and stern thrusters provide smooth handling, while zero-speed stabilisers and Sleipner Vector Fins enhance stability both underway and at rest.
The interior features large open-plan living spaces with a galley to satisfy even the fussiest of chefs, which includes full Miele appliances, a dishwasher, two full-height fridges and freezers, enormous pantry space and impressive additions such as a wine cooler and bar. The aft of the interior blends beautifully out into the cockpit thanks to fold-away glass windows and doors, making for a perfect entertaining space and easy meal presentation. The saloon is spacious and features two large settees with the port unit circling around a large timber dinette finished to beautiful standards. Forward is the lower helm that makes the most of Garmin's Glass Cockpit and Volvo operating systems, including joystick docking and dynamic positioning. Entertainment is well-integrated with an Infinity sound system, 12 Bowers & Wilkins marine speakers, and five TVs located throughout the vessel.
The flybridge is designed for outdoor enjoyment with a stunning view, featuring teppanyaki grills, drinks fridges, an icemaker, a TV on a rotating riser, and a davit crane. The flybridge helm station is equally well equipped as below with twin full-back helm chairs, twin Garmin touchscreen displays, Volvo joystick docking and dynamic positioning, autopilot and more!
Below are four well-designed cabins, featuring plush carpeting, including a king-size master suite, two queen VIP cabins, and a guest bunk cabin. Each cabin is paired with its own bathroom with electric heads.
An additional docking station can be found on the starboard side in the cockpit for better handling in close quarters. The cockpit is beautifully finished with thick teak decks and a large timber dinette with a satin varnish finish. The side decks are wide and well-protected, leading to the bow area that features a large settee that transforms into a daybed with an awning. The boarding platform is equally well equipped with dual BBQ stations and a hydraulic swim platform. Main access to the engine room can be found from the duckboard and through a large, versatile lazarette space which houses a washing machine and dryer, the 240 L/hr Stella watermaker and an additional day head for those still wet or in close quarters to the stern. Nautilus is truly equipped with all you could need to make long stays on board as comfortable as possible.
With a fuel capacity of over 6,000 litres, a 2,500-litre freshwater tank, and a 240L/hr Stella watermaker, Nautilus is capable of extended cruising off the grid in comfort. Supporting systems include a 22.5kVA Cummins Onan generator, Webasto ducted air conditioning and heating, C-Zone digital switching, and Garmin radar and sonar.
Currently located in Hobart, Tasmania, Nautilus is fully equipped and ready for immediate cruising. Whether for extended passages or relaxed weekends away, she offers a dependable and comfortable platform to explore in style.
