eWincher electric winch handles now available from DBY Boat Sales. A viable alternative to electric winches, weighing only 2.2kg.

The eWincher operates in three modes: Assisted, where the eWincher works for you; Manual, working just like a standard winch handle; and Combined, where you add your speed to the 100rpm of the eWincher for a speed greater than 260rpm.

It delivers 230watts and utilises a 450w lithium battery with a 3000 MAH capacity, enough for a full day's sailing. Using the eWincher app, you can adjust the handle according to your strength.
