About this vessel
The Leopard 52 sailing catamaran is available for commercial ownership with The Moorings worldwide sailing. This vessel is available on the Option to Purchase Program, where you pay 45% of the yacht's retail price upfront. Upon program completion (approximately 5.5 years), you have two choices: you can either make a final purchase payment of 20% to acquire clear title of the yacht, or opt for a guaranteed cash buy-back of 20% and conclude your ownership.
You or your immediate family can sail up to 12 weeks a year. You have the option to utilise equivalent sister ships from both The Moorings and Sunsail, or you can opt to upgrade to larger models. A specialised team assists owners in scheduling owner trips, organising owner appreciation parties and events, and remains available to address any owner requirements or inquiries.
