Interior

The houseboat comes fully furnished, styled and neutral throughout. The beautiful master suite features a large walk-in robe and storage room. A stylish lounge converts to a fold-out bed for guests. The fully equipped galley includes a twin gas burner cooktop, rangehood, microwave, and full-size fridge/freezer with plumbed ice and water dispenser, plus ample storage including a pull-out pantry and additional cupboards. A private bathroom features an oversized shower with glass door, vanity, and instantaneous gas hot water system, plus a separate bathroom with toilet and vanity. The interior offers neutral décor with a modern, spacious layout and abundance of natural light, with quality carpets throughout and easy-care commercial flooring in wet areas.

Highlights & Structure

The houseboat features large aft entertaining deck with a huge boarding platform and 2x oversized sunbeds. Access points include bow, port, and starboard entry, with huge double sliding marine-grade glass entry doors and windows for light-filled interiors. A rooftop with ladder and hatch access is ideal for sunbathing or outdoor space.

The hull is expertly crafted from 5mm marine-grade plate aluminium pontoon with vertical watertight bulkheads for safety and additional strength. Marine-grade aluminium channel floor frames and interlocking aluminium floors provide low maintenance and durability. Upper structures are built with insulated sandwich panels for superior year-round insulation.

The houseboat includes a huge 470L stainless steel water tank, 1080L marine-grade aluminium sullage tank, and separate 200L aluminium fuel tank, all mounted underneath. An electric anchor winch, GPS, and reverse camera are included. A sprinkler system underneath the hull flushes away saltwater residue from the hull and anchor rope/chain. Multiple bird busters are mounted above all solar panels. An aft BBQ bar and folding stainless steel stern ladder for easy water exit are also featured. The vessel is locally manufactured with proven design, backed by years of houseboat-building expertise.
