Stepped Hull Design

The AXE 80 features a unique stepped hull design, optimized for enhanced speed, efficiency, and maneuverability. This innovative design reduces drag and fuel consumption while providing a smoother, more exhilarating ride. Countless hours were invested in computational fluid dynamics (CFD modelling) to hone the ideal twin-stepped hull design best suited for all manner of conditions. The hull was perfected by hydrostatic computer modelling, with proven sea trial results in the harshest sea states off Western Australia.

With a 23-degree deadrise at transom, the vessel offers incredible stability at rest without the need for a gyro.
