Designed by Bruce Farr, the Beneteau First 47.7 is a true performance cruiser strongly built and carefully engineered to deliver excellent sailing performance while retaining the essence of a large and comfortable short-handed cruising yacht. Whether you are cruising or racing, this tall rig, deep draft version has proven sailing performance. Extremely roomy 3 cabin, twin head layout. This is a great example of Farr's 47.7.
Layout consists of the cockpit with fore and aft seating and a single wheel. Companionway stairs lead down to the vessels interior with double berth cabins to port and starboard aft. Forward of the port aft cabin is the bathroom and toilet. Forward again is the navigation station. Forward of the companionway to starboard is the well appointed galley. The saloon has plenty of room for entertaining with a large dining table to starboard and settees located port and starboard. Forward of the saloon is the spacious master cabin with an offset double berth to starboard and a full ensuite forward. Plenty of well thought out storage onboard.
