This CNB 60, built in 2013, was delivered to its first owner in 2016. Although constructed in 2013, it remained stored at the builder's facility until 2016 without use, meaning the yacht is effectively more recent than its build year suggests. This explains its excellent condition and remarkable maintenance.
The standing rigging has just been replaced. The yacht is equipped with a carbon mast and all modern comforts. It comes with an extensive set of sails, making it highly performant while still ensuring exceptional onboard comfort.
The jib furler, originally undersized—a known weakness on some CNBs—has recently been replaced with a more powerful model, allowing the sails to be safely reduced in winds exceeding 20 knots. The mainsail and jibs are in excellent condition (seamless membrane). The yacht carries two spinnakers: one has never been used and the other has been deployed only three or four times. The jib is a North Sails 3D carbon sail.
The carbon mast presents a notable maintenance advantage over aluminium: unlike anodising which degrades over time, carbon varnish ages very well. The mast varnish was refreshed only because the yacht spent an extended period in the Caribbean under intense sunlight. In European conditions, a carbon mast typically requires less maintenance than an aluminium mast.
The yacht has logged approximately 30,000 nautical miles, primarily under short-handed sailing. The two previous owners—neither of large build—always manoeuvred the yacht with ease as a team of two, testament to the boat's user-friendly design and well-conceived deck layout. The yacht has never suffered damage, has never touched bottom, and remains in very good condition.
