About this vessel
A Crownline 250 CR, built 2005 (model year 2006). The boat is in very well-maintained condition and has been continuously serviced, modernised and upgraded technically and cosmetically over the past years.
The boat has a Mercury MPI 5.0 l V8 engine with 260 PS and approximately 1,150 operating hours. Recent major maintenance includes a new alternator (2024), transmission overhaul (2023) with renewal of all rubber components, adjustment of gear backlash and new oil, and major engine service (2023) including spark plugs, impeller, fuel filter and engine oil. Engine monitoring is available via smartphone for consumption and diagnostics.
The bathing platform has been rebuilt, reinforced and refitted with Permateek. The teak plastic flooring was renewed in 2019 and again in 2023. The bowsprit has been modified with approximately 50 cm extension for comfortable boarding over the bow. An electric anchor winch and automatic trim flaps for optimal water position are installed. A 12.5 kg stainless steel anchor with 30 m stainless steel chain is fitted. The stern shower was renewed in 2022. Headlights are mounted on the bowsprit. Sacrificial anodes, trim sensors, control cables and all rubber components below the waterline were renewed in 2023.
A high-quality modified winter cover is provided. The canopy has been cleaned, impregnated and the front windows renewed (2024).
Below deck, the boat features a diesel heating system and hot water boiler. The electric toilet with 40-litre waste tank was renewed in 2019. There is a 100-litre fresh water tank, refrigerator with ice compartment, and spirit stove. A microwave was removed in favour of additional storage space. Custom-made high-quality mattresses are fitted to the large bed. Interior lighting has been largely converted to LED.
Electrical systems include three 100 Ah batteries (two approximately 2 years old, one approximately 1 year old), a battery charger renewed in 2021, and a battery monitoring system. A radio (approximately 6 years old, discreetly installed), 24-inch LCD TV with DVD player and HD TV reception, and a high-quality sound system with four Pioneer speakers and new Sony radio are installed.
A fire extinguisher system is fitted. Annual maintenance records are available. A mooring berth is available for takeover.
