Custom 44 Chase Boat 'Moorea'

In 2022, Moorea was sent to Mac Marine for her refit. This included the hull being repainted, new twin 440hp Yanmar engines, new upholstery, the Hamilton Jet units rebuilt, new Raymarine navigation equipment and Fusion stereo installed.

Powered by twin Yanmar engines through Hamilton Jets with the Blue Arrow, allows this vessel to be extremely maneuverable. When docking or coming alongside a larger vessel, a mouse pad is engaged which lets you walk the vessel sideways or spin around within its own length. This is also supported by a bow thruster.

The shallow draft allows you to drop the electric anchor, come stern to the beach and exit your guests in comfort.

Moorea has the capacity for 16 pax along with a large carpeted dry storage area under the bow sunbed to hold all of your guest s luggage. Safety and snorkelling gear has a separate compartment under the seating to ensure easy access.

The sister ship to Moorea has utilised the large aft boarding deck as a parasail launch and landing pad, which is an optional addition that the future owner could have installed.
