Bützfleth 48 Pilothouse for sale in DE, Werder (Havel)
Overview
About this vessel
Whoever knows the traditional Bützfleth shipyard understands the extraordinary quality of these ships built in Germany. The craftsmanship, material thicknesses, and attention to detail are today hardly affordable in this form. This Bützfleth Pilothouse 48 is an impressive example of German engineering and shipbuilding art, combining classic shipyard quality with a modern standard of equipment.
Particularly noteworthy is the generous and unusual spatial concept. Unlike many comparable ships, the forward section was not subdivided by several small cabins. Instead, an open, bright living area emerged with integrated pantry and separate head, which conveys an extraordinary sense of space and makes longer stays on board particularly comfortable.
A significant milestone in the ship's history was the comprehensive modernization in 1992. In the course of this, two powerful MAN diesel engines were installed. At the same time, the entire engine room received high-quality fire and sound insulation, which raises both safety and comfort to a remarkable level.
Over the past two decades, the yacht has been continuously modernized and technically further developed. Approximately 200,000 € have been invested, so the ship today presents itself in a comprehensively modernized condition.
Alone in the last two years, numerous works have been carried out, including: renewal of all upholstery, partial installation of new wooden floors, installation of a new refrigerator, implementation of all maintenance and care work, overhaul of both shaft systems, renewal of the shaft bearings, and development and installation of two specially manufactured high-performance propellers.
The result is an extraordinary motor yacht that combines classic shipyard quality with contemporary comfort and reliable technology. A ship for connoisseurs who value substance, individuality, and sustainable quality.
