About this vessel
NEVERLAND represents builder Overmarine's inroad to the tri-deck superyacht market. Overmarine, who builds the very popular Mangusta sport yachts, is known only for their long history of building water jet-powered, open-style boats. They are ideal for weekend cruising along the French Riviera, but less suitable for extended cruising in comfort. Overmarine recognized this need among their loyal Mangusta customers and created the Oceano line of full displacement yachts. NEVERLAND is hull #2 in this line. There are four more currently under construction.
With a steel hull, teak decks, and aluminum superstructure, she was designed in-house by Alberto Mancini. He is most noted for his 17 different designs of their open-style Mangusta water jet yachts. Both NEVERLAND and NAMESTE were built for US customers and re-sold on the US brokerage market. They have a popular following in the US and at South Florida boat shows.
