This 68' Admiralty Series pilothouse sport cruiser motor yacht was designed and built by Queenship at Maple Ridge, BC Canada of fiberglass in 1999. The vessel is absolutely beautiful and professionally maintained. The exterior is nicely gelcoated with a new flybridge enclosure and freshly painted cabin sides and foredeck. The cherry wood joinery interior is clean with a lot of personal storage throughout.
The layout includes a chain locker in the forepeak followed aft by a VIP stateroom with double wide island bunk. Next aft is the guest head starboard fitted with Rarity toilet, vanity sink and stall shower. Opposite port is the guest stateroom with a double wide athwartship bunk. Aft within the companionway is the laundry center on the way to the master stateroom. The master stateroom is fitted with an island double wide bunk and ensuite head with Rarity toilet, vanity sink and tub/shower.
Up the starboard companionway steps is the pilothouse, fitted with a helm forward and weather deck doors port and starboard along with a raised dinette aft. The helm is fitted with a full array of high quality Furuno, Icom, Flir and Simrad electronics. Impressive camera and vessel monitoring systems are throughout. Continuing aft is the galley with Corian counter tops and quality appliances. Down steps aft is the large saloon with settee port, entertainment center starboard and reclining chair aft.
Exiting the interior through sliding doors is the large aft deck with simulated teak decking, seating aft and settee port with table. The deck area is covered atop by the underside of the fiberglass boat deck and enclosed with a new polycarbonate enclosure. Port and starboard leading to the bow are narrow weather decks where the ground tackle is located. Aft from the aft deck starboard to the swim platform and forward center through the transom is the lazaretto bilge with crew head and galley port with crew stateroom starboard. The engine room companionway doubles as a crew shower stall.
Atop the galley is the flybridge with helm forward and settees aft all protected by a fiberglass hard top and full new polycarbonate closure. Aft is the large boat deck with RIB, seating and davit along with barbecue and bar forward.
The vessel is powered by a pair of Caterpillar 3406 diesel inboard engines, each producing approximately 800 horsepower, driving Twin Disc MG 5114-A reduction gear transmissions. The main engines display very little corrosion and are very tidy. The exhaust is wet with the main engines exiting below the waterline with low speed bypass exiting aft above. The fuel system consists of three aluminum tanks plumbed to the machinery via high pressure neoprene hose with inline dual Racer 1000 series primary filters along with shutoff valves.
Owner spared no expense on numerous 2022–2024 upgrades and services that make this a turn key cruising yacht. The vessel has been upgraded with solar panels and controllers, lithium ion house batteries, battery chargers, charge controllers and battery monitor system, Northern Lights genset, wifi system, Starlink satellite internet system, KVH Mini V sat broadband antenna, interior carpet, wood pilothouse, galley and saloon soles, CCTV camera system, flybridge enclosure, RIB personal watercraft, and cabin side and foredeck paint.
