About this vessel
This VATON 110 sloop-rigged performance cruising sailing yacht is the best compromise between safety and comfort. Very good aluminium construction. 2 helm positions, bow and stern thrusters, hydraulic winches, titanium fittings, mast and boom in carbon, Rod rigging, 3 furlers genoa, yankee, and self-tacking jib, Spectra sails.
This new yacht is under construction and the buyer can choose the interior design and finishings.
The hull is constructed in light alloy Aluminium 5086 H111, profiled in 6060 T5, welded to MIG process (interior and exterior). The yacht features a 6-tonne centreboard with aluminium construction and external access for dismantling.
Accommodation includes 1 master cabin aft, 4 guest cabins (12 total guests sleeping), 1 crew cabin (4 total crew), with bulkheads and uplining in satin varnish teak, furniture in satin varnish teak, and floorboards in satin varnish teak. Heads, washbasins and worktops are in Corian, showers finished in white lacquer, with 6 electric toilets. The yacht is certified for 30 persons for day-charter and 24 passengers cruising.
The deck layout features ball bearing Harken deck fittings, mainsheet track with car, 2 Genoa tracks with cars, 2 Yankee tracks with cars, and self-tacking staysail track with car. Hydraulic winches are fitted throughout: 2 Lewmar 111 HST for Genoa and Yankee sheets, 2 Lewmar 100 HST for runners, 2 Lewmar 77 HST for Genoa and Yankee furlers, 1 Lewmar 88 HST for mainsheet, 2 Lewmar 77 HST for mainsail traveller car, 1 Lewmar 100 HST for staysail halyard, 1 Lewmar 100 HST for mainsail halyard, 2 Lewmar 77 HST for reef lines and mainsail tensioning, and 2 Lewmar 64 HST at mast step. Titanium blocks are fitted throughout: 2 SBA 180B for runners, 6 C2547 for mainsheet, 6 C2547 for halyards return at mast step, 4 C5434 for reef lines return at mast step, and 2 C5434 for spinnaker pole downhaul.
The spars feature a carbon mast with 5 spreaders and anchor points in Titanium and Harken 400 track for ball bearing mainsail traveller car, carbon boom, 2 spinnaker poles, and Navtec Rod standing rigging. Sails include a full battened mainsail in Spectra with 3 reefs (241 m²), furling Yankee in Spectra (160 m²), furling Genoa in Spectra (200 m²), and self-tacking battened staysail in Spectra (70 m²).
Mooring equipment includes a vertical Seipen XAS116 hydraulic windlass with 100 m of 16 mm galvanized chain (class Q2) and 150 kg anchor, plus secondary mooring with 60 kg FOB anchor, 30 m of 16 mm chain, and 100 m of 28 mm braided nylon rope.
Heating is provided by 2 × 35 kW Webasto diesel central heating with hot water circulation system throughout, with heat exchanger in each cabin. Refrigeration includes 800 litres capacity refrigerator with 2 eutectic plates cooled by 220V Danfos M32 compressor, and 600 litres capacity freezer with 3 eutectic plates cooled by 220V Danfos M32 compressor.
Electronics include Robertson hydraulic autopilot with cockpit controls, Brookes and Gatehouse pack, Furuno GP31 GPS, Furuno FR8100 radar (40 miles range), Furuno echo sounder, Furuno weather decoder, Icom VHF, 2 Furuno FS5000 400w SSB radio, and Standard C satellite communication. 2 programmable FFD screens at each helm show speed, depth, wind and close-hauled information, with 1 programmable FFD screen at chart table.
Additional equipment includes fixed safe, washer/dryer, Pioneer radio/CD, TV in saloon, integrated compass on each helm, antenna post, passerelle, swimming ladder, 2 sun awnings, and RIB tender with 40 hp outboard engine. A watermaker produces 140 litres per hour.
