Complete refit in 2024 - Full AMSA commercial survey for 36 passengers. CHAOS is a 30m Sunseeker Yacht built in 2010 and completley refitted in 2024 to the highest standards. She is the perfect yacht for those looking to run commercially with a proven charter record across the East Coast of Australia, currently in-survey for 36 guests cruising and 10 guests overnight across her five luxuriousstaterooms.

CHAOSs interiors use warm, muted tones for a homely feel on the water. The main salon boasts large light filled windows that flood the space with natural light and panoramic views. She offers acomfortable space for lounging and making use of the large Smart TV digitialscreen whilst the dining table can seat up to 8 people for an intimate onboardexperience. The perfect balance between her classic style interiors and modern features were embedded during her refit in 2020 and 2024 refit periods.

CHAOS can sleep up to 12guests in 5 luxury staterooms. Her full-beam master lies forward on the main deck with a large ensuite and wardrobe. On the lower deck, you will find two VIP queen cabins and two twin cabins. The twin cabins offer Pullman berths suitable for children. CHAOSs Sundeck features a retractable sunroof making the space an all-weather area.This dining area comfortably seats 12 people and features a full service bar, built in plasma screen TV and entertainment space.

CHAOS has been fully crewed for the past couple of years, ensuring her maintenance has been kept to an impeccable standard.
