This houseboat holiday home, Envy, has been the result of much hard work and dedication in building the owners dream based on many years of houseboating on Lake Eildon. This has all come together to produce this amazing houseboat holiday home. This dream has been to use the new larger sizes permitted for houseboats to build a modern, vibrant, tasteful, and functional holiday home that the whole family can enjoy together.

All the entertainment and recreation spaces happen at Water Level. However, with smart design there are separate spaces for each generation as they all flow together. The large, tinted windows and high ceilings bring the magic of Lake Eildon into the houseboat; you embrace it. The front lounge provides a great cosy relaxation space taking in the views or watching the large screen TV in front of the gas Log Fire.

If you have to be in the kitchen, this would have to be one of the best.

This all seamlessly opens onto the spacious rear Al Fresco Area. This area is just another feature with the large all weather rear retractable blind and the side walls opening tinted glass doors. Importantly, the large pontoon storages provide space to store all the water toys without cluttering the houseboat. You can dine and enjoy a BBQ in this space OR entertain with the bar/entertainment fridges and cupboards OR jump in for a swim OR just relax and take in the magnificent view.

It is time to discover the first storey level. The entrance, the internal stairs are something else with the infused lighting on the steps and the amazing feature wallpaper of the "Milky Wave" with the special light. On this level there are four bedrooms, all with queen or double walkaround beds with the large windows to embrace the magnificent scenery. All have R/C Air-Conditioning.
