This 1985 Mander Marine built Van de Stadt 40, originally a well performed IOR One Tonner, has been superbly converted into a very comfortable cruiser-racer. She has plenty of accommodation and many great features to make her a comfortable cruising yacht while still retaining excellent performance ishould you choose to join in a Club race or twilight. She has been well equipped with thoughtfully updated equipment and a recent suite of B & G electronics including AIS and Autopilot. A Muir electric windlass takes the work out of anchoring and there is a comprehensive safety equipment inventory including a 6 person life raft.
