Overview

The 78'7 sail yacht 'Kiwi' is a blue-water high performance cruiser built in 2002 by Southern Wind in South Africa at their Cape Town shipyard. She is the second in a miniseries of 5 boats designed by the successful partnership of Reichel Pugh Design and Nauta Design. Last refitted in 2016, she is seaworthy, combining comfort and performance, making her agile in any weather condition and easy to sail. Subject to a rigorous maintenance program with substantial annual investment, she underwent a major refit in 2016 to restore her to original condition with many upgrades and improvements, keeping her modern and competitive.
