Overview

The Etap 28i has accommodation for up to 6 with an aft double cabin and open plan saloon berth layout. The galley features a gas oven and hob. There is a chart table equipped with VHF and GPS. The vessel includes a chemical head suitable for lake use. It is stored ashore each winter on a yard trailer which is available by separate negotiation.

The hull, deck and superstructure are constructed of GRP. The boat has a fin keel with spade rudder and tiller steering. The Bermudan sloop rig features an aluminum mast and spars by Selden with stainless steel standing rigging and Terylene running rigging. The mainsail is slab-reefed and there is furling headsail gear. Self-tailing cockpit winches are fitted. The standing rigging was replaced in 2020. The main and foresail sails are said to be in "good condition".

Accommodation includes 6 berths in an aft cabin and an open plan saloon layout, with a double forepeak area enclosed by a curtain, 2 single berths in the main saloon and a double aft cabin. U-shaped seating is provided in the bright saloon in Etap blue with logo, with 6-foot headroom in the main area. Heating is provided by blown air from an Eberspacher system (which needs attention). The chart table is to starboard and an L-shaped galley is to port with a stainless steel island sink with pressurised cold water. The galley has a gas hob with two burners, grill and oven, an icebox and plenty of stowage. The heads includes a wash hand basin with cold water, and chemical toilet and vanity unit.
