Description

The new BENETEAU First 30 is a celebration of performance, comfort, and innovation--a perfect fit for the next generation of sailors. She delivers the sensation of planing, easy handling, safety and cruising comfort - a unique combination of qualities befitting the modern successor to the legendary 1977 First 30.

Welcome to a groundbreaking new category of sailboats: the planing cruisers!

The First 30 combines a modern racing hull, lightness, carefully selected deck equipment, and generously sized winches making her easy to handle for all crew members, regardless of their physical strength. It offers the thrill of planing to a wide range of experienced sailors while also inspiring new endeavours in the sailing lifestyle.

Below deck, the innovative reinvention of all essential cruising features blends with simplicity to ensure a cosy and comfortable stay onboard. The spacious cockpit is available in two configurations: a clean, uncluttered, comfortable chill-out area for cruising and an ergonomic, practical setup for racing.

The First 30 offers exceptional stability and safety with its modern design, solid construction, and twin rudders. Its ocean-grade Class A certification underscores its safety and seaworthiness, despite its size.

Accommodation includes spacious quarters for four sailors in two cabins, a generously sized front cabin and saloon berths, a well-sized galley with gimbaled stove and optional fridge, and a proper marine head. The interior features intelligent solutions like foldable magnetic doors and removable textile lockers.

The boat supports connectivity through the Seanapps mobile application, enabling monitoring of boat systems, planning routes, and reviewing sailing status via smartphone.
