Description

The Grand Trawler 62 is the result of BENETEAU's collaboration with Massimo Gino (Nauta Design) and Amedeo Migali (MICAD), building on the successful Swift Trawler range with a practical, spacious, and efficient design optimized for long-distance cruising.

Naval Architect: MICAD

Interior and Deck Design: Nauta Design

Exterior Design: Features a distinctive displacement hull to improve cruising range and efficiency, supporting long-distance passages. At 18.95 meters length and 5.45 meters beam, it accommodates 6 to 8 people plus crew with one of the market's largest flybridges.

Interior Design: Spacious, well-appointed interiors with large galley that can be enclosed, a VIP guest cabin with generous headroom resembling a hotel suite, satin wax finished wood, leather, and elegant textiles all contribute to a stylish and comfortable ambiance. The midship owner suite uses the maximum beam of the hull to create a luxury hotel-suite feel.

Functionality and Comfort: This passagemaker yacht offers a cruising range of 1050 nautical miles, a central raised driving station, large social and private spaces, and efficient use of hull volume to ensure airy and elegant living spaces. The mobile app Seanapps connects you to the boat’s systems for status monitoring and route planning.

Layout Options: Offers 3 or 4 cabin configurations:

  • 3 cabin layout: Full beam owner's cabin amidships with en-suite, forward VIP cabin with en-suite, and a third cabin with twin or double beds and private day head access; crew cabin with a separate toilet and shower.
  • 4 cabin layout: Two guest cabins amidships replacing owner’s cabin, each with twin/double beds and shared bathroom access; the forward VIP cabin becomes the owner’s suite.

Main Deck: Features a bathing platform with swim ladder and seat, large protected sidedecks, fully equipped galley separable from living areas, spacious U-shaped saloon with sea views, dining area for eight, and an open plan aft cockpit with transom gates creating a "terrace to the sea." The central raised pilot station offers commanding views and comfortable seating.

Flybridge / Foredeck: Wide sidedecks, large sunpad, well-appointed helm station with two pilot seats, U-shaped seating for eight, wet bar, space for sun loungers, and an optional tender crane. A T-top with sliding sunroof and solar panels is available.

Certifications & Partners: CE Certification B16. Partners include Raymarine and Man Engines.
