Description
The Nimbus Tender 8 is a multifunctional, well-equipped and fast day boat designed for day-to-day activities and water sports, with overnight accommodation for two. It succeeds the Nova and R-series with a newly developed air-lubricated stepped hull offering excellent seafaring qualities and a low planning threshold. The boat provides a cruising speed between 20-35 knots and a top speed in excess of 40 knots.
The T8 features a wide walk-around deck design for maximum freedom of movement and easy boarding and deboarding. The foredeck includes a sunbed accommodating four people and conceals a large loading hatch for cabin access. The cockpit is equipped with reversible helm seats, a retractable table creating a dining area for five, and an aft sofa seating six with adjustable backrest positions for seating, lounging, or sunbathing.
Additional amenities include a retractable refrigerator under the aft sofa, storage compartments, an aft deck shower outlet, and side storage compartments. Below deck, there is a two-person berth with integrated ventilation, LED lighting, ample storage, and a separate head with sink. Optional features include a galley with a retractable gas burner and a wet bar with wash basin.
The T8 offers three canopy options: harbor cover, helm canopy, or a T-Top with a polycarbonate roof covering the entire aft deck, designed to provide sun protection while maintaining an open-air feeling. The boat is approved for a maximum of eight people and is optimized for stable, safe, and quiet performance even in adverse conditions.
