Description
The Selene 42 Voyager Sedan is a newer design (2012) developed based on the original Selene 42 Archer hull, featuring a new superstructure with European, Floridian, or Mediterranean flair. It is powered by a single Cummins QSB 230HP or John Deere 180HP diesel engine. The two-stateroom layout boasts a beautiful teak interior and a well-equipped galley. Compared to the Selene 42 Archer, this model offers a more spacious salon, flybridge, and engine room. The enlarged fuel tanks of 700 gallons (2650 liters) provide a longer cruising range.
This yacht is designed for long-range coastal cruising and extended sea voyages, with a cruising range of 1,000 nautical miles at 9 knots. It accommodates four to six passengers in two cabins and one head, which includes a separate shower. It features luxury amenities including a generator, climate control, and a large flybridge, all combined with elegance, simplicity, and ease of maintenance for the owner-operator. The Selene 42 Voyager Sedan is considered a typical gentleman's yacht.
