The IV585 Explorer is a mid-sized hard-top in the Explorer family, combining serious offshore ability with trailerable practicality. Built in 6 mm hull plate with 4 mm sides and deck, it offers a robust structure, generous freeboard and a deep-vee entry for comfortable performance in chop.
The cabin provides secure stowage and weather protection, with the option to configure V-berth squabs and infill for occasional overnighting. A range of transom layouts, including dual walk-through arrangements and custom bait-station solutions, allows owners to tailor the boat to dedicated fishing, mixed family use, or diving.
Large underfloor lockers, tackle storage solutions and thoughtfully arranged rod storage underline the IV585 Explorer’s role as a capable fishing platform, while custom upholstery and finishes can elevate comfort and presentation for extended day trips.
