Description
The RS Feva is the world's leading double-handed dinghy for youngsters and parent/child teams, recognized as an International Class with events worldwide. It serves as a pathway to lifelong sailing, offering exciting performance, modern styling, and practical features. The RS Feva Mk2 was launched in 2022 after 20 years of successful manufacturing.
Key features include inspirational performance characterized by speed and excitement, making it popular among youngsters and adults. It offers a double-handed step after entry level sailing and new challenges through teamwork and gennaker use. The boat is versatile with a large cockpit suited for families, parent/child teams, and adult single-handed sailing. Rig options cater to training, club, or circuit racing.
The RS Feva is practical and safe, featuring easy rigging for young sailors, low loads for easy mast stepping, durability, transportability, and self-draining capability with capsize friendliness. Maintenance is low due to the advanced Comptec PE3 construction, a three-layer rotomoulding system for durability, stiffness, and light weight. It has integral buoyancy and strong fittings for reliability.
Different sail specifications are available including the RS Feva S, RS Feva XL, and RS Feva XL Race, catering to training centers and competitive racing.
Accessories include top and under covers, launching trolley, trailer base, padded bags for rudder, daggerboard, and spars, various racing hardware, and instruments like wind indicators and compasses.
