Description
The 230DC is the ideal boat for family outings, exploring new horizons, getting away from it all, and getting there in comfort. This mid-size dual console boat features World Cat's famous smoother, more stable, drier ride, and it includes comfort features like a full-sized head enclosure, and seating for up to ten thanks to its big 8'6" beam.
The boat has a large 30-gallon insulated livewell between cushioned aft seats and underseat storage along with easy boarding access dive ladder. It is equipped with hydraulic steering, a 3-piece walk-through windshield, dual pedestal seats for helm and passenger, and a portside console door with a full-sized head compartment, solar vent, and light. Electronics mounting area fits a 12-inch screen. Included are a Garmin GPSMAP 1243xsv 10" MultiTouch widescreen chartplotter/sonar combo and a 315 VHF with an 8-foot antenna.
Additional comfort and convenience features include a Fusion True-Marine MS-RA205 marine stereo with 2 JL Audio speakers and Bluetooth, marine-grade switch panel with waterproof rocker switches, back-to-back port side companion lounge seating with storage, an aluminum swim platform with fiberglass step and fold-up swim ladder with handrails, and 4 gunwale-mounted stainless steel rod holders.
The 230DC incorporates dual batteries with on/off parallel switch, two 44.5-gallon polyethylene fuel tanks, dual fuel/water filters, dual fuel fills with internal vents, two 1000-GPH automatic bilge pumps, raw water washdown with on-deck washdown fitting, and a 10-gallon fresh water system with a pull-out shower. The fiberglass hardtop with finished underside includes a powder-coated aluminum frame, overhead lights, rocket launchers, spreader lights, and two additional JL Audio speakers.
