About this vessel
NORDIC STAR is a Lantana built in 1969, designed as an economical cruiser and long-range pilothouse motor yacht. She was custom-built by Lantana Shipyard in Florida with Hargrave naval architecture and interior design, and features a welded aluminum hull and superstructure with a semi-displacement hull form.
She has benefited from meaningful investment over the years, including a major 2014/2015 refit and a 2025 full exterior paint job taken down to bare metal, along with fresh varnish, new isinglass on the aft deck, a stainless steel bow shield/anchor guard, hull sounding and inspection, and serviced running gear.
Naiad fin stabilizers provide comfort underway. She is equipped with four helm stations — pilothouse, flybridge, and two wing stations — giving excellent visibility and control. Navigation is supported by a comprehensive Furuno electronics suite.
