About this vessel
Rare find, this Sunmaid 20 'Espanda' is a two owner boat in immaculate (show room) condition located in West Beach South Australia. In her early years her family Mum, Dad and four kids spent time creating memories sailing in the Coorong, Goolwa and surrounding areas. She also competed with great success in many Milang Goolwa - Goolwa Milang yacht races. The original retro styling is still in great condition and under the carpet is the original timber look flooring that is also in perfect condition. The windows have no sign of crazing or any corrosion, the toe rails are as good as the day they were installed and the Gel coat has almost no blemishes. 'Espanda' has always been kept in a shed with protective covers over all of her surfaces. The trailer also presents well with almost no sign of surface rust, electric winch, hydraulic brakes and a jockey wheel with a built in system that helps with moving the boat. I personally have never come across a boat this age that has been preserved as well as this one, she is a true credit to both owners and although we are open to offers I think she is worth every cent we are asking.
