The Lancer 28 features a shoal draft keel for excellent performance in Bay, Delta, and coastal waters, with simple and responsive tiller steering and a tabernacle mast system that allows for easier mast stepping and bridge clearance.

Auxiliary power comes from a 9.9 HP Nissan 4-stroke outboard with approximately 250 hours of use. The engine features electric start with cockpit controls and has been recently serviced, providing dependable and fuel-efficient operation.

The sail inventory includes a roller furling 110% genoa reported in good condition, complemented by a simple and manageable rig ideal for short-handed sailing.

Interior accommodations include a forward V-berth, two quarter berths aft, and a convertible dinette/settee in the main salon. The interior has been updated with teak accents and a refreshed headliner, featuring a clean, simple, and functional layout.

The galley is equipped with an alcohol stove, stainless steel sink, and icebox with practical storage throughout. The enclosed head includes a sink and hanging locker storage in a clean and usable layout.
