Over the past 25 years the owners have meticulously mapped out every system on the boat. There are notebooks full of schematics, drawings, and documented instructions for maintaining every single system aboard the boat. If you need to find out how to fix something, there is a file for it with drawings and photos on how to fix or repair or replace parts. There are spare parts for everything.
The custom L-shaped galley is aft to starboard with a large double sink and features a Force 50 three burner propane stove with oven. An ice box is fitted with SeaFrost 12v refrigeration, and the galley includes pressure hot/cold water and two foot pumps for fresh and salt water.
The boat sleeps 5/6 with accommodations including a V-berth forward with lockers and drawers below, new cushions throughout, and an enclosed head with shower and vanity aft to port. Head access is available from both the forward and main cabin. Opposite the head to starboard is a hanging locker. The main cabin has a traditional layout with port and starboard settees, with the port settee converting to a double berth. A dinette table with a leaf is bulkhead mounted. Storage is provided under settees with louvered lockers and book shelves outboard. A forward facing nav station is opposite to starboard, with a single quarter berth aft of the nav station. The cabin features a varnished teak and holly sole and beautifully varnished interior.
Electrical systems include 12volt DC and 110volt dockside systems with three 12v batteries, dual propane solenoid switches with automatic changeover when one tank goes empty, shore power cord, two solar panels totaling 260 watts, Heart interface inverter, and Victron Centauer battery charger. A 16,000 BTU A/C with heat is also installed.
Navigation and electronics include a Raymarine C70 chart plotter with multifunction display for radar, Raymarine wind, speed, and depth instruments, radar antenna mounted on mast above spreaders, Uniden Oceanis VHF, Ritchie pedestal mounted compass, Compton hydraulic autopilot, and dual stereo system.
The sail inventory comprises a mainsail, storm trysail on separate sail track, 100% jib, 120% genoa, staysail on solent rig, spinnaker, and asymmetrical spinnaker. Rigging includes a custom mainsheet traveler on cabin top, four Lewmar #48 two-speed ST primary genoa sheet winches, Anderson 40 ST winch on cabin top, and three winch handles.
Additional inventory includes dark green canvas for bimini top, dodger, sail covers, pedestal cover, hatch covers, and sun awnings; tan cockpit cushions (new); electric bilge pump; shower sump pump; two Whale gusher manual bilge pumps; screens for hatches; fenders; dock lines; two CQR plow anchors with chain and rode; EPIRB; four person life raft; Simpson Lawrence 555 windlass; Achilles inflatable dinghy; Mercury 5hp outboard; full deck awnings; Sailormat wind vane self steering; LED lights; mast steps; canvas water catchment system; and a garage full of spare parts.
