1997 Liverpoole Boats for sale in New Mills Marina

Otter is a steel-hulled narrowboat built by Liverpool Boats in 1997. The boat features a cruiser stern and is fitted out throughout with veneered ply, tongue and groove stained pine deckhead, and various hardwood and brass fittings.

The interior includes a galley with a Thetford Caprice MK3 cooker and Logik 12v fridge, and a bathroom with a basin and Thetford C200 cassette toilet. Heating is provided by a 4KW Boatman multifuel stove burning logs and coal, and a Morco D-61B propane gas water heater supplies hot water.

The boat is powered by a Beta/Kubota 35hp diesel engine with a Hurth gearbox featuring 2:1 reduction and R & D Flexidrive coupling. Fuel capacity is 200 litres and water capacity is 600 litres. The boat is equipped with 2 × 13kg propane gas cylinders.

Electrical systems include 12v DC with 1 start battery and 3 domestic batteries with split charging, plus shoreline connection. The hull was last blacked in 2023 at Furness Vale Marina.
