Matilda Rose

Stepping aboard Matilda Rose, a traditional stern narrowboat, you will first find the engine room, which houses the inverter, battery charger, Victron solar charger, and electrical isolator.

Descending into the boat, you enter the comfortable double bedroom, complete with a double wardrobe, a single wardrobe, and a dressing table, providing ample storage and practical living space.

The next cabin features a built-in single bed platform, which can be used as a permanent single berth if required. This room also benefits from fitted cupboards and an additional wardrobe, making it ideal as a guest cabin, office, or storage space.

Moving forward, you will find the bathroom, finished with white wall tiles accented by blue decorative tiles. The bathroom includes a cassette toilet, corner sink, radiator, and a full-size bath with a shower attachment.

The spacious galley follows, offering attractive blue tiled work surfaces and traditional wooden furnishings. Facilities include a sink with drainer, four-burner hob, grill and oven, under-counter fridge, and plenty of storage for groceries and kitchen essentials.

At the front of the boat is the large saloon area, providing a bright and versatile living space. A multi-fuel stove serves as an attractive focal point and keeps the boat warm and cosy during colder months. The saloon has recently been fitted with new carpeting and earth-toned tiles surrounding the stove. There is ample room for a sofa, dining table and chairs, or other furniture to suit your needs.

A Boat Safety Certificate is valid until June 2028.
