Hatteras 70 Convertible SONORA

The Hatteras 70 Convertible SONORA was designed for an owner who demands a serious sportfisher without compromising the luxury and comfort of a cruising yacht. Her 159-square-foot cockpit is outfitted with a molded-in transom fish box, refrigerator/freezer, saltwater and freshwater washdowns and rod holders. The space is a sportfisherman 27s dream and also hosts an 80-inch fish box with a macerator and portside storage cabinets.

All of the action can be watched from the lower aft deck on the cushioned seating under the shade. SONORA 27s modified V-hull offers a sharp entry and stable ride with no pounding. The captain can maneuver with ease from the pod console, complete with single-lever electronic controls. Guests can enjoy the action from the cozy L-shaped lounges and there is an additional aft control station on the bridge for convenient fishing and dock handling.

Her spacious 18-foot beam provides plenty of room for relaxation and entertainment, including a four-stateroom layout welcoming up to eight guests. The well-appointed full-beam master stateroom features a king-size berth, an entertainment center with a Smart TV and a private head complete with a large tub. There is plenty of storage with a built-in dresser, double nightstands and a walk-in cedar-lined hanging locker. The forward VIP stateroom features a centerline queen-berth with an en-suite head and there are two additional guest cabins; a port cabin with single berth and a starboard cabin with side-by-side single berths.

At the end of a long day on the water, guests can unwind in the salon. Featuring a custom L-shaped sofa, lots of natural light and a full entertainment center and a dry bar, this is an excellent space to kick back with family and friends to reminisce about the day 27s events. Fluted valances with wood blinds and frameless windows contribute to the 70s interior charm while dimmable lights allow the owner to set the mood and comfort level.
